Grass pollen is one of the leading causes allergies in throughout world. The symptom level depends on personal immunity. Pollen allergy test kits are suitable for detecting allergic symptoms, which they produced from pure specific species. production testing requires accurate botanical standards and identification process quality control raw materials basing Thai Food drug ministration (Thai FDA). To produce kit, we focused these 6 common grass species also use morphological characters detection identification. Therefore, this study method qualification standardization prototype product kit. Six as Megathyrsus maximus (Jacq.) B.K.Simon & S.W.L. Jacobs, Oryza sativa L., Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench, Urochloa eminii (Mez) Davidse, mutica (Forssk.)
